Vintage Murano Bright Golden Yellow Gold Flecks Italian Art Glass Heart Shape Bowl Ashtray

Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown bright yellow and gold flecks Italian art glass heart shaped bowl / vide poche. Attributed to designer Alfredo Barbini. The bowl I made with a golden sunflower yellow and it is profusely covered in heavy gold leaf throughout the inside. The shape is that of a heart, with a decorative indent on one end of the bowl, and pulled down edge on the other side. The outer layer has a very slight green tinge, hard o notice unless turned upside down. Would make a great display piece on any vanity, desk, or coffee table. Use it as a catchall, candy dish or ashtray. Mid-century era. The main image was taken with indoor lights, and all others in direct sunlight. Measures: 5 1/2″ long x 5″ wide x 2″ high.
