This hand-carved wooden sculpture is unsigned, but presumed to have originated from Quebic Canada and date to approximately 1950 and done in the period Folk Art style. The sculpture is composed of pine wood and carved to depict a robed male clergy holding a child. The sculpture has been polychrome painted in muted tones and stands over nine inches in height.
