Pink and green is a favorite color combination and here we find it in a chinoiserie ginger jar. The jar, made for export in China, is patterned with hand painted pink peonies and green foliage. Much of the time we find these jars with the lid missing, but happily this one is present.
Enjoy this piece in a pink and green room or wherever a bit of chinoiserie is needed.
Note- the pink is on the peachy side.
