Wall light sconce or ceiling light Producer: Rupert Nikoll, Austria Origin: Austria Age: 1950s This super rare wall light was produced in the 1950s by Rupert Nikoll in Austria. these snowball series was designed by famous designer Emil Stejnar. the light light is made with high quality glass floral elements and little round glass elements. it has a half ball form with a solid brass metal wall fixing element and light arms with sockets. The light has a diameter of 60cm and sockets for bulbs with E14 size. The glass element is screwed on the wall plate element, the wall plate at the back has been authentic renewed, please see images. Due to the special glass elements at the font with a bubble structure, the lights creates a fantastic atmosphere of diffused light. very good vintage condition, some slight traces of use and patina, full working. For wall or ceiling installation one flower element needs to be unscrewed, then the middle bolt can be fixed to the back plate, please see last images.
