920s Apollo Electric Co Art Deco Chrome Desk Lamp Industrial Bankers Jeweler’s Style Machine Age

Outstanding 1920s-30s deco period industrial jeweler’s lamp with articulating shades. This lamp is substantial in size. Signed “Apollo Electric Co., Chicago” on a stylish red placard. During it’s period this jeweler’s lamp was the “diamond” of them all. Many low end versions were made and used but the elite jeweler had the chrome “Cadillac” on his gem table. This lamp will make an avid collector or Jeweler a nice addition to their home or business. It will be a definite head turner and topic of conversation in any room it is displayed. It was part of a large Machine Age Art Deco collection in Southern California.

Good antique condition in working order. Wiring may have been replaced at some point and appears in great condition. Chrome is original including original patina. As shown in the photos, the chrome has dullness, wear and small pits throughout. I have left it unpolished for the new owner to decide how best to display. I was unable to observe any dents or significant issues. There were likely originally some glass inserts inside the shades to amplify the light. Normal wear for age. Please see all photos.
