The smiling, youthful male figure is portrayed standing upright, knees slightly bent, dressed in a pleated and tied sampot. His hair arranged in neat tresses and tied in a low chignon surmounted by a stylized lotus blossom.
His face rendered in the typical squared off Khmer fashion with almond shaped eyes, a broad, flattened nose, and square lips curved upward in a gracious smile. Traces of an incised mustache and beard are present, which associates this figure with the Hindu god Shiva. However, without the third eye present, it is not possible to identify this figure as such.
The slim figure portrayed in a naturalistic fashion, with narrow hips and broad shoulders, the belly slightly extended.
